• Post Graduate Degree
• CGISA membership, any other professional body membership like IDOSA, Compliance Institute of South Africa.

The successful incumbent will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in CORPORATE LEADERSHIP, with preference previous experience in advising the board of directors from both the public and private sector.
• A postgraduate business qualification is desirable, preference will be given to the holders of Qualification from the CGISA, any other BCom Honours will be an added advantage.
• Experience in planning advisory and policy development will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of requirements of Corporate Governance recommendations.
• Strong understanding of teamwork demographics
